August 15, 200619 yr Do you have a magic hand like Maradona, the dribbling/drinking skills of George Best or the hotshot boots of Pele? That's right we're looking for around 3 more new faces to complete the Pickled Liver Football Club jigsaw. We are an expat team playing in the local Bangkok MBMG International League. This is an amateur league which is improving in standard year by year. Beer bellies are optional, but the average waistline has slimmed down considerably in recent years to the point where the league is a lot more serious than it used to be and some players are of a very good standard. Whether, you are new to the Bangkok football scene, have decided to dust off your boots you used back in school or are just seeking a transfer from your current team, we'd like to hear from you and invite you to come and jpin our pre-season programme. We are in the process of organizing 5-6 pre-season games to try out existing and new players so that we are ready for the start of the new season on Saturday 30th September. While we will consider anyone, we are particularly on the lookout for attackers who know how to find the back of the net.
