Popular Post WitawatWatawit
"The Pattaya Police Chief noted the suspect apologized for his actions to Mr. Kazemi but he was still charged with assault and awaits further legal proceedings." So unfair. The dogboy apologised. He should have been rewarded with a community medal, but instead gets charged.

Popular Post KittenKong
Why do jet-ski and speedboat operators here usually look like a cross between a Sumo wrestler and a street thug? And that includes the women. Whenever I see these people a cartoon light-bulb goes off in my head, alternately flashing "rip-off" and "danger", and I act accordingly.

realenglish1
One way to avoid a scam like this is to NOT rent a Jet Ski The second way is to take photos of the Jet Ski before riding it and getting the renty to agree about what is or is not wrong with the Jet Ski This should help a bit Or just lock up the Jet Ski Rental guys

Popular Post car720
I am amazed that anyone is amazed. Have you ever tried to tell a Thai that you have no money. If you got that sort of laughter anywhere else in the world then you would be a celebrity overnight. If farang don't have money to give to Thais then they should go home. How many times have I been told this.

That was in 2010 on beach just outside Mike Shopping Mall C'mon it is a known fact that historically Thais can't stand or trust Indians. Popular Post spidermike007
Prayuth has been encouraging arrests, which is a good thing. The real question is, will he follow it up to make sure there are convictions, that one of the five or ten strong judges with integrity in the country are able to preside over the trial, and that the perpetrators serve actual prison time? Otherwise, the arrests are just a silly exercise, and the general is made to look weak. Enforcement without follow up is a bit akin to finding a hundred huge tunas in the sea, hundreds of kilometers from shore, but having no ice or source or refrigeration to keep them fresh. It is only a dream. It is only jawboning. It is a treasure at the end of the rainbow. The promise of justice is what most Thai people, and most farengs want. But, we all want it to mean something. Arrests without any sort of follow up iis meaningless. What real men do is commit action, not just speak of action. What real men do is follow up, not just make promises. What real men do is bring real improvement to their people and their countries.
EyesWideOpen
The money made on this scam must be staggering. The Pattaya police who are a part ofthis scam, have to put up with a lot of heat and bad publicity from it, yet they keep on allowing it to happen. So that clearly means they are in it up to their necks. If the police wanted to , they could stop this scam in one day. Yet they choose not to. So figure it out yourself what is happening here.....
