Best place or doctor for breast augmentation?

For some reason the internet tells me that Yanhee is a very good place but my wife claims many people have had bad results and does not want to go there. She has picked Bangkok hospital over Bumrungrad.

I'm under the impression the doctor is what is key and not the hospital. Yanhee would be my first pick as it seems that is what the specialize in and are very quick.

Can anyone give us any helpful advice or things to think about?

Our priority is to get the best job done, price is not really an issue. Second most important thing would be speed as we do not live in the BKK area and would like to get home.
