Funny ads for property on thaivisa

Featured Replies

If the lame humor in the regular postings get you down, try for the humor in the thaivisa advertisements for properties.

My favorites.........

"Beautiful L shaped pool" when the photo definitely shows a solid rectangular pool only.giggle.gif

And it appears that EVERYTHING is ten minutes from beach, shopping, etc. After seeing scores of homes advertised as "10 minutes from" in the same small town/area, you can at least get a chuckle at breakfast.coffee1.gif

The L of the pool may be at the deep end, and not visible on plan...giggle.gif

10 mins (by Airasia 8501), the part left unsaid...

Thailand is not the country to be fussy about truth in advertising... they will say anything to get a sale...

so, as they say in Rome.....Emptor caviet....

September 2014 there was a promotion of getting a free wife with every house purchase.whistling.gif

I believe that is a scam - you are told they free when you sign up to the deal but all the cost are loaded on to the back end and they also come with an attached family which gets glossed over in the advert.
