Several folk have told me that I look like Ive lost weight. In fact 3 different people who dont know each other have told me. When I look in the mirror it looks normal to me but numerous different people - all of whom haven't seen me for over 6 months tell me that I look skinny.

I managed to weigh myself today and found a record at a clinic from dec 2013. Ive lost 5kg since then.

I presume that I should go and get some blood tests done. What do you recommend? Ive just googled weight loss in men and the dreaded cancer word arises.

Its duly noted that Ive not done much exercise in the last 12 months apart from the normal bike riding sometimes. My diet has also not really changed since dec 2013.

thanks for your opinion. Im in early 40's. What can I do to fatten up and put the 5kg back on?

Same happened to me. Wife kept saying that I was losing weight but I hadn't been trying to. Went to the hospital for tests. Turned out I had developed type 2 diabetes. I was 45 at them time. Not saying that's your problem but it was mine. Unfortunately.
