CHIANG MAI: -- A new driver powered her car into a 7-Eleven store in Chiang Mai yesterday, providing some delightful CCTV footage for the internet.

Nipawan Chaichmreon, 26, told police she wanted to buy some things from a 7-Eleven on Santisuk Road, but instead of pushing the brake, she stepped on the accelerator.

Probably just tired of that door ding dong sound. Fixed. biggrin.png

I love the guy behind the counters reaction, he barely flinches ..

I know Thai's don't like walking very far, but this is ridiculous!

This was not about walking, it has to do with the me me first attitude............

She wanted to be first to pay at the counter.......

Can you blame her?

... as she continues to play Candy Crush before and after the fact. whistling.gif

While there are undoubtedly good woman drivers out there, this pressing the wrong pedal issue does seem to be a gender thing. Many years ago while driving new car home from the showroom, stopped at junction and wham from behind. Woman donning high heels: "I'm so sorry, my foot slipped off the brake pedal!" Stroll on. I rest my case! facepalm.gif

Automatic door didn't open!
d'oh!

At what point does one realize one has stepped on the wrong pedal?

She could have styled that out a LOT better. When she came to a halt she was in the perfect position to wind down her window and ask for something from behind the counter.

I liked the cop, looking at the floor and thinking.."yes, it was definitely a car caused this damage"..........rolleyes.gif

And the stupid bit*h keeps laughing - she needs a good slapping and be disqualified from driving.

How do these people get a licence?

Maybe she was playing, on her mobile?

I think you might be right.

One of those typical wannabe HiSo shopping Barbies... what else would you expect of them, but stupidity and mayhem?

"swasdee ka, churn ka."

wonder if you could actually sleep next to a seven girl she be saying that in her sleep every minute all night

A guy behind me got rear ended yesterday and he in turn tapped my bumper too so i stopped to have a look. Two girls got out of their car looking sheepish, it was on a straight section of road so i guess they too forgot which pedal was the brake....

FOR SALE

Mazda four door sedan. Low kilometres, one careful lady driver, only ever driven to shops....bla bla bla....

Probably just tired of that door ding dong sound. Fixed. biggrin.png

Replayed the video twice to be sure..... Yes, NO "ding dong" and NO "Sawasdee kha"... should be referred to 7Eleven Marketing Complaints Office!!!

maybe 7-11 should introduce ladies parking.

... or drive thu

she called farang boy friend to bring ATM card!!

.....maybe what she is seen holding in her hand had something to do with it........

At what point does one realize one has stepped on the wrong pedal?

When one utters those immortal word, "oh shit"

How do these people get a licence?

Dont know but was a bit surprised to see them showing a closeup of her license & all the info clearly readable on that video

I love the guy behind the counters reaction, he barely flinches ..

yeah ... exactly !! He is like ... OK ... hang on, let me turn off the Cookie game and see what is up.

Lucky this was not in the USA, he would have pulled out a Glock and "Solved the problem" ... asap
