Any suggestions for an apartment I can rent monthly near Nimman

Can anyone suggest any apartments or hotels with montly rented units with a kitchen near the Nimman area that come close to matching what I am looking for:

• Monthly lease
• A bigger building with multiple units and some facilities
• Near Nimmanahaeminda Road
• Budget around 15-30000 / month

Perhaps check at Hillside 4 or Huay Kaew Residence. Both within 5 mins walk to Nimman.

I'll send you a PM once I chat to the missus as she has a vacant condo in Hillside 4 at the moment. Good setup and so close to Nimman area. I stayed there for quite a while....loved it. Pool downstairs and also a gym.
