I know there are plenty of skin lighteners, but has anyone seen "fake tan" cream for sale here ?

Would I have to order from somewhere ?

I have some large white patches on my skin that do not change colour. Hoping to cover them over with a little fake tan.

Also, if you can recommend a good brand I would appreciate it.
