Job By Definition And Actually Working Time By Law

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

by definition a B-Visa is granted for employment as "Marketing Manager" can the Person employed as such be downgraded to Restaurant Manager or send into other fields regarding to his "letter of employment"?

What are the legal working hours for a farang, can a thai employer pressure him to work 50% more of the normal working hours, if there is no working contract stating such?

Is regarding legal questions, the "Letter of Employment" issued by the employer, the Work Permit AND the B-Visa a "working contract"?

Is it, under Thai Law, illegal to employ someone without a proper working contract?

Thanks for any (well informed) replies on this!
