iTunes Internet Radio

Featured Replies

I listen to the radio on iTunes but lately it seems to jump to the next station on it's own, if I click back onto the original station then it plays again for a few minutes and jumps again, if I leave it on then after a while it will jump to the next one again and so on, the internet is still connected.

I've tried looking on the Apple website but I can never find an answer - it's doing my head in!!!

HELP

Thanks

Jimmy

Happens to me as well. It has to do with your internet bandwidth. I hate it, too.

Try "Tune in Radio" app never had a problem where ever i have been.

It likely has to do with slow internet bandwidth, as Somtamnication noted. You could also try a soft reset of your iPhone by pressing and hold the home button and then press and hold the lock button (on top) for about 10-12 seconds until the white Apple logo appears on the screen.

This will do a reset of your phone, but you will not lose anything.

As previously stated, TuneIn Radio. Purchase the Pro version for ultimate satisfaction.

I wouldn't even bother with iTunes Radio as no facility to record without third-party apps.

I purchased TuneIn Radio Pro app at .69p but now a whopping £7.99 for iPhone. Still, I would pay 8 quid for such an app. It's very good.

Well, at work, where I use itunes radio, by the time all the staff arrive, that is when the radio starts to act funny and bounce from radio to radio off my recently played or bookmarked radios.

So for me, it is about bandwidth.

I love Tunein app, but I do not have my ipad anymore. I do miss both. But excellent app!
