No, guys do get scammed in bars in Thailand , it happens quite often .

But, girls jumping off their motorbike and leaving it , just doesnt make sense

Maybe the victim left out the pieces that would make him look stupid(er)

good reasons to not carry your phone and 10k around when you go out drinking.
