Does anyone know why dailymail.co.uk is blocked?

I was doing some ramdom search on google and had a result linking to dailymail.co.uk. when I clicked it i get a message from the information and communication of thai. Does anyone know why?

A Thai friend told me that they are blocked because of their Football coverage which includes the odds on upcoming games and thus is used by gambling syndicates to set the odds here in Thailand

As said above they published stories about the Thai Royals that are taboo in this country.

Distributing would bring you to jail for years.

Banned since May 2014. Occasionally unblocked due to "mishap" at one or the other provider.

There is another tabloid blocked. Forgot which.
