Business Associations

Featured Replies

Just had a quick Google and IBAP had no program for October, December or February. Also, the BBAP website seemed to be down. Are these mutual backslapping / closet backstabbing societies slowly dying a death?

BBAP closed down last year.

GOMS http://phuketgoms.org is going strong likely due to the fact we are very informal, have a good laugh & actually do things to help others. However, we are not a business association although anyone is free to network before & after meetings.

These boys clubs exist? I know that Green Man has some weekly social clique of stroppy expats made to feel important club. What's the deal with it?

GOMS is a great name for the group. It always makes me smile. :) Is it only in Phuket, or is there a global community?

Hopefully it can go global but Phuket is the original having been going for 6 years now. There is also one in Buri Ram for a little over a year now.
