Fire In Chaweng?

I was driving down chaweng today from Mc Donalds on up and On the right side I saw some destroyed shop houses. About 4 in a row and they were torn apart and looked pretty burnt up.

I guess they could have been demolishing them but it looked like there was some kind of fire.

I was driving though so I didnt get that long of a glance.

Whats the story?

There was a fire a couple of weeks ago about 3am. quite a big blaze. Not sure what caused it.

A drunk farang man tried to set fire to his motorbike, it all went wrong for him, and because of the high

winds we were having, it spread to the shops.

My neighbour lost her shop and all her stock!
