Isuzu service Chiangmai

Featured Replies

On the superhighway. Used them for some years, always efficient and relatively inexpensive.

Arrived this morning for a major service, greeted by staff, directed to the check in passing an auto board that showed my car and details.

Went to waiting lounge and had free coffee and wifi where there is another auto board which updates and counts down the time expected for the servicing or other work to be completed. Had not seen this before, do other service centres use this system, very stress free.

ISUZU Don Chan are excellent but that board may be a recent addition. A lot of the new Honda service centres have a glass wall facing the workshop and one can see the progress, mechanics dressed in white too!

I use Iszuzu Kaewnawarat Road and they are always super efficient, reliable, polite and most importantly cheap. Good to hear that it's not just this franchise that offers great service.

^ I stopped using that one after they tried to charged 6000 baht for a Xenon lightbulb. :/

(Thankyouverymuch, let's try this service/customer relationship thing again in the next life. )

Been going there 10 years and never experienced anything like that.

Bulbs like that are best bought at the aftermarket shops, not from car dealers.
