Walked past the new Villa supermarket in Sukhumvit Soi 11 (near the Ambassador) on Thursday morning, on my way to work. They were already stocking the shelves, so it looks like its opening very soon.

OK, some people live in polluted Sukhumvit area but got a Villa's others are
