My friend's friend is apparently having hard time losing weight through dieting. She now wants to have her intestine operated to make it smaller. I don't know the exact term of the procedure (gastric bypass maybe? ). Im not familiar with the procedure either. And because Thailand (Bangkok) is famous for plastic surgeries she decided to have it done here.

Can anyone please suggest where is the best place to have this thing done? Is it even safe? I am so clueless in this kind of topic as it never crossed my mind to have any types of surgeries for myself. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

First I would recommend that she looks a the "I am too fat" forum here. With determination and knowledge how to do, she might be able to save herself that heavy surgery. As well there are many helpful people with good tips and tricks how they have done it.
