Lost Camera in Maya Bay, Krabi

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I'm here to request help from the divers here that are going to dive at Maya Bay, Krabi. For the first week of March, I went for a tour to Maya Bay, during the tour, I accidentally dropped my camera into the sea at Maya Bay. It is at the North-East direction (Near the rocks/cliff) when you are standing on the beach facing the sea. It is a spot where people go snorkeling. So if any of you are going to dive at there and happened to see a blue camera, can you please contact me? The camera is very important to me as there are photos of my trip during the tour. Please help me!

The model of the camera is Nikon Coolpix AW100 Blue.

Just to maybe help you out, you may want to go to google maps and google images to post some photos up here to show people where you are referring to. It may help your chances.

Hi fritzzz25, thanks for the advice!

This is a picture that I have taken using my phone after I reach the beach. It is some where near to rock shown in the picture where I have drawn a circle.

Another idea is using Facebook. There was a fellow who found a camera at Railay Beach and posted it in two groups on Facebook (Bangkok Expats) and not sure what the other one was. He was linked up with the rightful owner within a day. Social media seems to have worked.
