Upload 35 Mbyte mp4 file not working

Featured Replies

I have tried everything and cannot upload...is it my end please, all other connections to internet are fine

Thank You

Mandee

If this is to some email service, many limit around 10MB. You can use Google Docs or WeTransfer (all free) as a workaround

Or

Split your file in smaller part with Winrar by example

Since he is posting this in 'Forum support desk' he is presumably talking about uploading the file to ThaiVisa.

Where do they get 'em ?

"he will probably reply !!!"

Eventually coaxed the progress indicator into continuous motion on a trial 1.7 Mbyte mp4, to be eventually advised "This type of file cannot be uploaded"

To where are you uploading?

What are you using to upload?

You need to answer these basic questions before anyone can begin to help you.

Also, trying to upload a large file like that without special software will usually end in frustration when the odd error occurs and the upload times out. WinRAR has already been suggested. Why such the large mp4 file?
