Many people turned to vaping to stop tobacco use, but then get addicted to vaping instead. It's a very easy transition. But the smoking habit isn't just about nicotine delivery. There is the 'Sighing Breath Response Mechanism' (take a deep breath, hold for an extra second or two, then slowly exhale, as you do when taking that first drag on the cigarette or vape) that is just as entrenched as a habit, perhaps an even more difficult pattern to break. By the way, we use that 'Sighing Breath Response Mechanism' as a way to BREAK the habit... just without the cigarette or vape. Why not stop altogether? It's been done before. If anyone would like help stopping smoking or vaping, msg me. I can provide some guidance to make it easier. -

Kex, formerly Kerry - recent experiences?
I had to contact J&T Express recently due to a delivery problem with a Temu order. It was literally impossible to contact anyone to resolve the problem. No phones answered, not possible to contact them by email or message. It was not a language problem, there was simply no customer service. It was kind of like attempting to contact Air Asia for help. It is all good until it isn't.
