Cycling Cleats

Featured Replies

I am looking for a pair cleats. I have been to several shops around Udom Suk area but couldnt really find nice models and right sizes.

Any recommendation for stores with lots of choices and models around Bangkok and Bang Na area? Thanks in advace..

Probike only carry Shimano, if you want to see other brands as well, suggest Km8 bike on Ram Inthra Rd, they carry Shimano, Look and Speedplay clipless pedals, and not far from them on Pradit Manutham Rd (Nr the 2nd Tawandaeng Microbrewery) is Worldbike, they carry Time clipless pedals.

Speedplay and Time are probably the easiest to use with lots of float adjust available compared to Look and Shimano. Speedplay are quite high maintenance though and require regular greasing to stay reliable.

Personally I use Shimano Duraace pedals with yellow cleats on my road bike and Time DH-4 on my MTB.

Cleats? It's OK looking for cleats but for what pedals? As the poster above said there are many types of pedals and each carry their own cleats. Your best bet, if there are no shops around you, is to use mail order. Wiggle can be very quick.

Probike has a fairly wide selection.

When I asked for Look pedals they got angry....They have only Shimano.

I am happy with my Look, but from what I read in the forums Shimano seems a bit better (adjustable bearings).
