Holding Company Structure ?

Anybody, particularly the experts, have the lowdown on the 'holding company' structure to overcome the issue of 'nominee' Thai shareholders, when forming a company to buy land and house.

I've heard talk of JV's with genuine Thai investment companies, where the investment company buys 61% of the company shares and receives a genuine return of 10% p.a. on their investment.

Anyone shed any light on this ?
