Can you name a quality VPN that does not log any personalised browsing data. A free VPN would be great but sometimes its better to pay a subscription for a good VPN. If you can recommend one that your currently using it would be appreciated. I need one that I can switch on and off whenever I want.

From the research that Ive done, some of the VPNs can guarantee to hide your IP address for browser traffic but cannot prevent IP leaks caused by the flash player and Web TRC requests.

If your tech savvy and can recommend a fine VPN please share it with us.

Quite a few actually. Go to torrentfreak.com. They have some that are quite good. Also lifehacker.com had an article on them a week or two ago.

Check out one called Private Internet Access. You can even pay for it anonymously.

Do they, or anybody, really not keep logs? No way to tell.
