On line application for a tourist visa to UK for my wife.

Featured Replies

Last week we filled out the application form on line - paid and got an appointment at the Office This Thursday at 1.10.

My wife went into print the application thsi morning and forgot the pasword and after 3 times was locked out. I tried from my PC where i had done the original application and stated that i had been locked out and an email would be sent to my wife with a link to reset the password. When she clicks and i have witnessed this the page displays web Cant be displayed

now I have tried this 5 times each time getting a ne link same result ( tried it on IE, Safari and Google ) no Joy

Now the interesting part finding out how to rectify ?

Does anyone have any experience ? no recourse I can see on website to resolve?

sent an email complaining to Visa4u and they said they would respond in 1 day ( they also said they would send email immeditley confirming recepit )

nothing.

I am worried if my wife turns up Thursday and ask tos ee someone beforeher appointment they will just say not our problem ( The thai way !! )

so am looking for some help assiatance what to do next

many thanks

Dave
