BANGKOK: -- A gold medalist from Para Games, Southeast Asia’s sports competition for disabled athletes, turned himself from star to dust and was arrested Tuesday for selling Yaba to teenagers.

Wuttipol Singthong, 30, was caught red-handed after undercover police bought 14 tablets of Yaba from him in Bangkok Yai district Tuesday. Wuttiphol confessed he has supplied drugs to teenagers in the area for three times because he desperately needs to feed 8 people in his family.

Mikiea. In Thailand it is very difficult if not impossible to get a job when you have a disability. Not condoning selling drugs but maybe if Thailand had some programs to help the disabled they wouldn't need to find other ways ( illegal ) to make a living.

like the previous poster said, its extremely hard for a disabled person to get a job, let alone even travel to work on the public transportation system.
