Singapore A seems to be moving.....

1. SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT

Suvarnabhumi Airport (international & domestic flights) is located on the east-bound Bangna-Trat Highway in Bang Phli District.

It is 25 km or 50-60 minutes’ drive from Bangkok City and accessible via five road links: (i) Bangkok-Chonburi New Highway; (ii) Elevated Rom Khlao Road & King Kaew Flyover; (iii) Bangna-Trat Highway & Buraphavithi Expressway; (iv) Lat Krabang/On Nuch Road; and (v) King Kaew Road.

The Passenger Terminal Building (PTB)has seven Levels with seven adjoining Concourses

Concourse

Level 1 Arrival Lobby for Group Tours & Airline Crew Pick Up. Airline Offices.

Level 2 Arrival Hall, Arrival Passport Control & Customs, Baggage Claim, Transport & Hotel Counters and Transfer Counters. Arrival/Boarding Gates & Transfer Counters.

Level 3 Access to/from carpark, shops & restaurants. Airline Lounges.

Level 4 Departure Hall, Departure Passport Control & VAT Refunds. Duty Free Shops.

Level 5 Star Alliance Airline Offices.

Level 6 Restaurants.

Level 7 Observation Deck.

Public Transportation Centre and Car Rental Centre are linked to the PTB by a 24-hour, free-of-charge Express

Shuttle Bus service (3km or 5-10 minutes’ ride).

PTB has ten entrances and two service roads - “Inner Curb” & “Outer Curb”.

2. SINGAPORE AIRLINES CHECK-IN & TICKETING (PTB LEVEL 4)

PTB Entrance No. 5.

Check-in Row “K”, Check-in at Counters 8-18.

Counters will be closed 45 minutes before flight departure time.

Internet check-in available at singaporeair.com, 2 to 48 hours before flight departure.

Ticketing services at Thai Airways Ticket Counter at Departure Hall, PTB Level 4 after Check-In Rows E and F.

3. STAR ALLIANCE CHECK-IN & TICKETING (PTB LEVEL 4)

PTB Entrance No. 1, 4 & 5 (Entrance No. 2 & 3 are for domestic flights).

Star Alliance Ticketing Counters are located in the Departure Hall between PTB Entrance 4 and 5.

4. DEPARTURE FORMALITIES & BOARDING GATES (LEVELS 2-4)

After check-in, proceed to Departure Tax Counters and onwards to Passport Control on PTB Level 4.

VAT Refund Counters are available at PTB Level 4 before and after Passport Control.

Beyond the Passport Control area:

a) proceed from Level 4 to Level 3 for the lounges, and/or

proceed from Level 4 to Level 2 for the Boarding Gates.

Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance boarding gates are located at the left-hand/east side* of the

PTB (Concourses “C” & “D”) at Gates C1 to C10 & Gates D1 to D4.

Note: * Coming in from check-in & passport control.

Gates C1 to C10 are 450m apart and Gates D1 to D4 are 390m apart. Distance between the check-in counters on PTB Level 4 and the furthest boarding gate at C10, Level 2 is about 850m.

Singapore Airlines’ boarding gates close 15 minutes before flight departure time.

5. AIRLINE LOUNGES (LEVEL 3)

Singapore Airlines’ PPS Club Members, First Class & Business Class customers and KrisFlyer

Elite Gold members are invited to use Thai Airways Royal First & Royal Silk Lounges at Level 3.

Three Thai Airways lounges for Star Alliance carriers –

Royal First Class/Silk Class Lounge at Concourse “D” East and two Royal Silk Class Lounges at Concourse “C”.

6. ARRIVAL & TRANSIT FORMALITIES (LEVELS 2-4)

Passengers enter Arrival Hall and proceed to Passport Control, followed by Baggage Claim & Customs at Level 2.

Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance Baggage Belts are located at Belts 8-15. Star Alliance has a

Common Baggage Service Facility at PTB Level 2.

Transit passengers checked-through to their final destinations:

a) proceed to Level 3 before returning to Level 2 to access new boarding gates,

transfer counters are located at Level 2 Airside Centres East and West.

Transit passengers NOT checked-through to their final destinations:

a) clear Passport Control & Customs with all baggage items,

proceed to transfer counters located at PTB Level 2,

c) proceed to Departure Hall, PTB Level 4 for standard departure formalities including Passport Control.

7. LAND TRANSPORTATION FOR ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
