Yup. No problem yesterday and 3 days before.

Drive over Patong hill twice daily (by car). No delays whatsoever (knock on wood). Probably because traffic is significantly less in low season. Work in progress as in a lot of workers hanging around there, sometimes. On other occasions no one to be seen.
