Having the same problem here in Phitsanulok with satellite reception, several channels unavailable

Managed to speak to technical staff in Truevision.

The only infofmation I was given is there is a nationwide "technical" problem which they are attempting to solve.

No timescale given as to when "normal service will be resumed."
