Agent for renting out my condo in Absentia.

Featured Replies

I may look at renting out my condo in absentia,

I would prefer to do so through an agent.

An recommendation for one?

What fees are you paying, % each month or first month payment?

Simon at Perfect Homes is very good. And trustworthy. Contact details on the website.

Good luck. Agents normally take a months rent for finding a year's tenant, and pro rata. Normal minimum period 6 months, sometimes 3. They will charge 5% of rent for management. ie if you rent for 10k they will charge 500 baht a month. I wouldnt do it for that but they do!!

They will take 2 months deposit from tenant to protect you against damage etc.

Other posters may find differently but that's my experience.
