Can anyone please advise me on property value in that area. I like the area but am not knowledgeable of that area.

I have been offered a 2 Rai plot with appx 170 sq mt modern house on it plus a small 2 bedroom lodge. swimming pool

and a man made lake about 30mt x 6mt. The property is in reasonable condition but a bit tatty (7 years old).

The property has good access road running past it but is on a smaller internal road. It is surrounded by green fields,

has no problem with flooding as is suitably high....... Could anyone advise on the price per Rai in that area. ??.
