Don't forget your passport when sending a package now - Thai Post

apologies if this has been reported elsewhere but i don't see it in the news section.

i saw on the news this morning that now when you send a package from any and every post office in Thailand that you must produce your ID, the details will be recorded, and that every package will be x-rayed. can you imagine the delays in queues at post offices all over Thailand?

apparently there have been bomb threats.
