Multiple help questions about K1 visa please!

Featured Replies

Thanks for taking the time to respond guys. I am hoping to send in the K1 packet within a week or two. I have a few questions here...

1) In the forms, some of my girlfriends information just won't fit. Example her addresses are very long. How do I go about this?

2) Do I need to put her info in Thai and English? Example her home address and name and parents names do I write it in Thai and English?

3) For the letter of intent, can I basically write it for her and email it to her and have her sign it and scan it? Or does the signature need to be authentic and not printed?

4) Same for her passport photo, can she go somewhere take the passport photo and email it to me and I print it out here?

5) For the G-325A, do we both need to fill these out? And same as before, can I fill hers out and email it to her and she signs it and emails back? Or does it need to be authentic signature and not printed?

6) For proof of ongoing relationship, we use LINE messenger, so is it ok to just print out some pages of chat? We have never e-mailed or called since we can call and txt on LINE messenger.

Also, if anyone has done this before and can help me out for the next 2 weeks or so, I will gladly pay you for your time in reviewing everything for me before I send it in.

Thanks so much guys. Worried she will have to do some of this herself and will take longer due to her possibly having to mail things in from Thailand to USA.
