This is a scan of a negative, picture was taken way back in 1987. As you can all see, it's the Democracy Monument at night. I didn't have a tripod or anything, so I put my camera (Minolta X300) on the roof of a parked car to keep it steady. The roof of the car probably explains the blurring in the bottom part of the picture.
