I know it's early days but can anybody tell me how long the trip from the new airport down to Pattaya should take (evening arrival) at around 23:00hrs ??

Once you're in the taxi/car, it should be about 1-1/2 hours depending on your driver. At that time of night, you'll probably want to keep an eye on the driver to make sure he stays awake. I've had 'em start to nod off on me before!
