Eggs a cholesterol bomb?
We did not evolve by eating plants. In fact, they have been known to chuck out phytotoxins to protect themselves/poison the eater. I read S like this and it just makes me cringe. Look at any one food source and it can be taken apart and vilified by some donkey with an ‘ology. One should eat a balanced diet, of which beef and eggs are generally good and generally taken up readily by the body.- 1

True, but you can have high cholesterol even without eating eggs, with a high meat diet or full fat dairy. Genetics also plays a role, as does not exercising regularly. I've eaten eggs almost daily,2-3. most of my life and my cholesterol is low. Eggs are some of the best protein sources we have. If cholesterol is a problem, you can use 3 whites and 1 yolk and it tastes almost the same.- 1
