Replacing Zipper on GIVI Rain Jacket

I recently bought a GIVI motorcycle rain suit (2200 Bt) and after just a few weeks the zipper jammed and self-destructed on the jacket. GIVI refuses to replace the item. They offer 200 Bt towards replacing the zipper. I could care less about the 200 Bt and I will never buy another product from them again but before I spend more money for a more expensive replacement I am curious about the idea of replacing the zipper. I had not even thought of that. Where would you go to ask about such a thing? The Indian tailors I go to for getting pants mended and such I dont think they would do it. Anybody have any recommendations for getting a heavy-duty zipper installed?
