Japanese Restaurant on 1001 or where?

I am looking for the name of a Japanese restaurant I think is on rt 1001 after Mae Jo somewhere.

Supposably very popular with the Thais and a reservation is necessary (hence not just driving out to see if I can find it)

Saw it posted somewhere, maybe here, but all my searches have come up empty.

Any help appreciated
