Can't you just get a normal broadband connection?

Unfortunatly not mate as I live in a village, we have asked about but they all say we need 9 sign ups for them to lay cables etc, I went to the CAT office today but they are closed... I hear they might be able to help but unsure of what they can offer us until we go into there shop/office... rang the call centre and they said just go in. I hear of satellite options but sounds expensive with slow speeds... I mainly use the internet for skype calls and I have a UK skype number, you really relise how important having a good connection is for skype as the slightest lag or slow speeds you can barely hold a proper conversation.... I used to have 3BB broadband at the old place and that was excellent for the price completely unlimited, gone are those days unfortunately.

How do you use so much data on your phone? Lol

I thought I am a heavy user but I am nearly always in a WiFi zone and set it to connect to WiFi networks if available

What do you do for the other 3 weeks every month ?

You would be surprised... my smart TV uses alot just to stream the TV, never mind downloading movies and what not.. plus he is probably sharing the internet to his computer sometimes (tethering personal hotspot)

I fully understand bandwidth hungry applications, I get through a few GB a day myself and that's without even trying but I am fortunate enough to have 2 WiFi connections at home, a fast one at work and I usually eat at restaurants or coffeeshops that can pick up the WiFi

The 799thb for 12gb I also have but if that was my only Internet I'd have to cut back on my usage majorly :(
