Quickest way to get internet for a Sukhumvit condo

I have relatives who have just moved into a condo on Sukhumvit. Any advice welcome on what is the quickest way to get broadband internet setup. They are currently using an AIS 3g connection on a smartphone as a hotspot. They do not have a telephone line in the condo but the sockets are there to be connected up.

Ask the building management what ISPs are currently servicing the building. You'll find out if the management has restrictions.

See if any of the building occupants currently have ISP service and if they are unhappy/happy with their ISP. (Some areas have crappy infrastructure).

As for fast, that depends on many factors. But if their is phone cable already in place then ADSL Internet can be quick. If Cable TV (not MATV) then maybe Cable Internet.

Contracts will be their biggest hurdle. How long will they be living there and what will the minimum ISP contract time.

For short-timers, 3G/4G Internet may be expensive but it's very flexible. If they want it independent of the tethered smartphone then get a 3G-WiFi Hotspot device, or a 3G-Capable Router/WiFi and a 3G Data Stick.

I was unlucky because the fibre optic is not in my area yet so I can only get adsl but not even full speed, after test they decided won't support over 13MB/s and i get two bills now instead of 1 but at least it works
