Cleaner wanted following theft of money from North Pattaya Recycling Center

PATTAYA: -- Late on Monday Night Police were called to a Recycling Center in the Northern outskirts of Pattaya after its owner noticed that money had gone missing and security cameras indicated his cleaner was to blame.

Police met with Khun Gan aged 30, the owner of the Jalern Wattana Recycling Center who claims the suspected thief was Khun Lucy aged 62. The owner was unware of her real name despite her working at the center for many years.

Khun Lucy is accused of stealing 78,000 Baht from a desk drawer at 5am on Sunday. She was alone at the time as the center was not operating on Sunday and the owner did not return until late afternoon on Monday when he was told that Khun Lucy had gone to see her family in her home province.
