Visa Extention Agent
I used Thai visa Centre for my 30 extension on my visa exemption in Bangkok. And unknown to me they did my extension way up in Isan. If known I would try to avoid but is there anything I should be worried about? Too late anyways -

Getting rid of 2nd-hand househhold stuff
In Thailand the stuff will be gone in a flash try it and see...its not building rubble clothes and kitchen ware has value here it will be scavenged. -

Ears cleaned using syringe etc
I once did this method of filling ear with some liquid in Pattaya. Lay on the side for a while, strange bubble sounds. Finally washing all out. Have to be careful when standing up, strong dizziness/vertigo. Up here at the local ear clinic. Suck it out with a medical device, loud noise and out it is. Enjoy looking at the lump Much quicker and close to no risk. Never let the barber at your ear. Had a whole day of pain in the ear. -
