Great. Kiwis were lucky to win last time round on home soil so no way on the other side of the world smile.png (I hope!)

Having watched them against Argentina and South Africa, they're going to take some stopping. They've got a wonderfully talented squad, great team spirit and the coach / captain are past masters at peaking at the right times. How they go against a vastly improved Australia in the Bledisloe will give a good indication.

Realistically who will stop them. Australia, getting better every time I see them and always in with a shout. England, on home soil but not quite there yet, but home advantage helps. Ireland, great coach and been much more consistent under his guidance, but somehow I don't see them even getting to the final. Wales will be more of a challenge if they can get it right on the day as they often misfire. France, somewhat disorganized and rebuilding and under new leadership - but as always can be surprising if things go well. The rest will just make the numbers up.

Here`s the complete Live streaming guide for watching rugby world cup.

Pricey, there are plenty of free streams around but I am looking for TV coverage in Thailand so if Santanta are covering it that is great.

Does anyone know about the warm up games? ie Wales v Ireland this weekend? Setanta are not listed as showing it or others.

All the games are on ITV in the UK, so Filmon App or Filmon.com.

A good sum up. Yeah the Bledisloe will be interesting but I suspect the Aussies will fold despite some recent improvement. They've caught the Kiwi cricketer's disease of the 80's in that they now think of themselves as the underdog when it comes to the AB's. They lose 10 points in the dressing room before they get on the field.

However, the Pools are interesting. Pool A has Aussie, England, and Wales. Only two can go on to the quarter-finals but the Aussies are probably the best bet to win with Wales as runner ups.

South Africa has no competition in Pool B and are sure to get through with possibly the tough Samoans going with them.

Pool C will inevitably be NZ and Argentina.

Pool D will probably be France and Ireland although I'd give the Italians an outside chance.

So the quarters will be:

South Africa v Wales

NZ v Ireland

France v Argentina

Aussie v Samoa

The semi finals have some inevitability about them based on the draws.

South Africa v New Zealand (which is a shame really, because rightfully these are the world's top two teams and it's unfortunate they have to eliminate each other in the Pool draw).

Argentina v Aussie

So unless the South African's can improve since their last meeting with the Kiwi's, the final looks like being NZ v Aussie or NZ v Argentina.

Put your money on the Kiwis to win. If you want a rank outsider to get to the semi's, don't think that the Samoans aren't capable of rolling the Aussies. gigglem.gif

The last insult to wales. A 10 year old boy from the crowd just scored a try. Amazing!

Setanta definitely not showing it . This reply to my email

Many thanks for your email. We do not have the rights to RWC 2015 in your territory. We will of course continue to have Super Rugby, The Rugby Championship, International tests, Aviva Premiership, The Guinness Pro 12, The European Champions Cup, The Currie Cup, The ITM Cup and lots more along with NRL.

Rgds,

Setanta

Must admit i have lost enthusiasm since Lancaster banned Tuilagi , for what seems to be a nothing incident or he would have been locked up. Also not taking on players playing in France is just plain ridiculous. Even in my pub rugby days we played French teams - whats this EU. Anyway think he is making sure England don`t win it, Thought that was his job , not being a Sunday school teacher.

Fox Sports Asia website (http://www.foxsportsasia.com/corporate/about-us )advises it will be showing RWC on Foxsports 2 Channel. That is CH 689 on Truevision, available on Platinum and Gold packages.

So all is not lost.....so far.

True 689 is not HD - a bit fuzzy on my 40-inch telly.

I hope True can broadcast it on one of its HD channels (667/668) instead.

BTW, I think England will do well with the partisan home crowd.

ITV Sport i.e. itv4 will have it too

That's good news. I watched the France England warm up game on Fox but couldn't see far enough ahead on their online schedule if they were screening the WC. I had heard they were screening all the games in Australia but not sure if that meant Thailand would also get the games. Seems we are :)

So England one up with a bonus point.

But not happy....picture quality is woeful on Fox Sports Asia2. It also seems screen size ratio is wrong. They were showing black bands top and bottom for the game this morning (Thai Time)

Is it a local snag, or is evryone suffering the same?

So was there a definitive answer to this? If it's not on TV, is it able to be streamed online? So far I've only found sites that work for a few countries and none of them seem to be Thailand :(
