Ais playbook / fibre

Featured Replies

Hi. I have just had fibre through AIS installed at my house, however I can't seem to register successfully on their website so I am not able to log in and check out the playbox tv features. It asks for an email, broadband fibre ref. number and passport number but when I put my details in this doesn't work. It would be great if anyone could offer any advice. Also, I don't have a land line so can't ruby the 4 digit help number they leave. Did anyone know an AIS contact number that can be used via mobile?

Thanks, in advance if anyone can help!

You should have received a document from AIS, listing some of that info.

Was the Fibre installed in your name.

If in the name of someone else living in the residence then you'll need to use their ID information.

Have they given you an AIS playbox yet?

Hi.

Thanks for the response. I have now realised that they took a number off my passport number so I am all registered now. The playbox is not bad but not a patch on my android box running Kodi! It's great to see that it will still work as it did in the UK.

Thanks
