hi all,my car that i have in ROIET has run out of regio.the car is from SURIN.i am not in THAILAND un till x mass.i was going to wait till i got over there to pay it but a family emergency means the wife's daughter has to go back to SURIN. can she pay the regio in ROIET?the car is in the wife's name.

We don't in SA, we call it rego (pronounced like rejjo), short for registration, never heard it pronounce with an i in it.

Yes she can, i take it she is not driving (un/rego = no ins ), Only need inspection if 8 yrs & over . Not know if any problems due to length of time out of rego

Maybe need to prove address - like every other situation
