I have a PC and a media server, which is actually a Windows Home Server.

Since the Server has no access to the internet gateway there is no anti virus installed on it.

On my PC I have Malwarebytes Pro and 360 total security AV, but until a few months ago I had Avast free version instead.

My server runs 24/7, and I connect to it with Homeserver connect console, while my PC get's switched off every night.

Now since I have replaced Avast with 360 TS I notice that when I start up the PC the Homeserver connect console icon will start flashing red and I get pop up messages that there is no AV or anti spyware installed on Anthony-PC.

After a few minutes when the PC has booted up completely the icon will turn green.

This never happened when I had Avast as AV.

What can be the cause of this, because I suspect that AV and anti spyware software get disabled during the boot up process., where this would be the most crucial moment that they should be enabled.
