Property related transliterations for Appraised Value, Specific Business Tax and Stamp Duty

Recommended Posts

Can anyone please provide me with the transliterations for the Thai words for:

  1. Appraised Value: This is the value that the land office assigns to a plot of land. It may be quite different from the sales price. The transfer fee is calculated as 2% of this value.
  2. Specific Business Tax: This is payable by the seller if they have held the subject property for less than 5 years
  3. Stamp duty: This is payable by the seller if SBT does not apply.

Thanks in advance for any help?
