Legal/Accounting Companies - Setting up a business

Hello all,

Basically, I am looking to setup a company with my Thai girl (and get a work permit).

I stay in Chaweng, and was recommended a company by a friend. They seem professional, and I think most of their fees are reasonable.

I've seen a lot of legal/accounting services here on the island, and I'm not sure who to trust.

I know that we don't like to review companies here on the forums. But PMs would be appreciated if you would prefer.

I would like to know which companies people use, who is trustworthy, what to look out for, and what kind of fees people pay.

They have moved PS, it's Southern Inter Lawyer and accounting. They moved to a small office outside samui Courts.
