Is crystal meth a class one or a class five drug? It appears if you're French it's a class one, but if you're Thai with an English surname it's a class five ( intent to sell based on 8 bags).

Crystal meth is a terrible drug, but why aren't the same drugs classed the same for these perps? ( or is it a botched report?)

Nice outfit for the Frenchman BTW.

This French guy is a very poor pointer. His finger looks like its pointing to the floor. The Thais in this pic have obviously been practising and have nailed it beautifully.

He's obviously a bit depressed, being European he isn't used to being told where to point.

What kinda point are you trying to make? Or is it rather pointless to ask?

Has dodgy written all over him. Another criminal foreigner that was aloud in.

"Aloud", hmmm! You mean "allowed". The quality of English on TV deteriorates on a daily basis.

As for the original article, least said the better.

Grassed, by people saving their own skin

Grassed? Sounds like your sympathies might lie with the meth dealer? Hope not ... otherwise that moral compass of yours may need some tuning...

Making fun of someone's broken English is not cool... Most likely they speak another language fluently.... Probably even a language that you don't understand ;) Especially native French and English speaking persons are infamous for that..

Well, that moralizing pomposity of yours obviously doesn't need tuning, it's doing just fine.

That's a Swedish surname, comes from Anders son.

Why is the guy not getting charged will " purpose to sell " for the weed?? Do they think he is going to smoke 45 grams himself?? clap2.gif

45g isnt a lot if people are smoking every day, probably last a couple of weeks if that

Ice is schedule 1 as they call it , small amount needed to be classed as supplier. Doing Bird if so

Can not understand why Ms. Anderson can sell meth and they call it a class five drug. But the only has a small amount of the same drug and they call it a class 1 drug. Am i missing some thing here. Selling is worst than buying but why does the drug class change for a farang?

What do you reckon Einstein? Yeah, he's gonna make a massive party joint to share with his mates....or alternatively, he's gonna make 100 normal joints and pass them round the cop shop. Either way, it's a bag of herbage that is unlikely to be a threat to society, the bigger threat to society are the people pointing the guns.

If you buy a bag of oranges, is it your intent to sell them? Or do you plan to eat them one at a time? Tricky questions indeed...

Here... let me help you read your moral compass....we have 3 actions in question. Which action is the most morally reprehensible?

1. A completely voluntary exchange where both parties got what they wanted. Property and personal rights were not violated - The dealer / buyer

2. A betrayal causing harm in order to lessen harm to one's self - The snitch

3. Threatening violence with a deadly weapon / kidnapping. Property and personal rights violated - The fuzz

For the sake of this argument, and universal morality, all players will be treated equally as people, without labels or fancy dress costumes...

Lock up your daughters.... they're everywhere (criminal foreigners).... it's a siege....call in the drones....maybe you could get down to immigration and give them a seminar on how to spot a 'bad' person. You're obviously an expert...

0,30 gram of meth ! It's absolutely nothing.

It's illegal but it's a ridiculous quantity.

Hope for him he will just be deported back to his country.

They will charge him then try to extort 100k after scaring the shit out of him and then he is deported

Where did he hide the drugs? In my clubbing days - used to put down my socks - of course flowery shorts, socks and sandals is not going to get you a place in Paris fashion week.

Meth is nasty stuff .

No it's not absolutely nothing- some of us lived through a chemical induced clubbing alternative reality.

We live here - drugs - even though tempting are an absolute no-no.

Back home a talking to by your friendly policeman- here you could you could land yourself in a cage for years .

A educated choice to be made.
