Anyone got any up to date info. Particularly Suk coming north from Na Jomtien and Pattaya Klang down to second road?

Sukhumvit is fine now..but who knows how long that will last

Im on Arunothai and all the water has gone, besides puddles.

Suk is closed. Couldn't get to swampy

When was this? Despite more rain this morning, haven't the flooded roads reopened yet?

Edit: just read the posts above, so my question is answered.

lol. If this is the first time you see this, it won't be the last. Everybody knew it's coming, You have to buy enough food for a few days and stay at home and ... wait

Yes, a real pain for anyone with an evening flight to catch last night. sad.png

You enjoy yourself at home. giggle.gif

Pattaya never stops.

Sukhumvit can't handle the water as it is. What a brilliant idea to put tunnels in to drain the water drive cars through.

What amuses me is the idiots who SEE how deep the water is, and yet they still try to drive through it, then scratched their heads and wonder why they didn't make it.

with 220 voltage, I cant believe that girl is standing there. I know she doesnt have a clue about what could happen.

Is Central Festival Foodmarket in Beach Road open today?

I got home late last night. Was back behind Cherry's and it was super bad. Stuck there from 6pm till about midnight. Even then, it was rough getting home. Car's in the shop for a few days to get dried out! Unreal.

This is my first experience with a flood. Water went down quite a bit and we saw cars driving....so....OK! Time to go home. Unfortunately, the road dipped a bit and the car started to lose traction. At that point, you're committed. Luckily, I found a pile of dirt and got to high ground and waited another hour. Even then, barely made it to Sukhumvit. That was about 12:30 or so.

Thanks for all the reports, photos and videos.

I am assuming that those living on prathamnak hill got no flooding???

Now this is innovative ......This man is sitting in a cement mixing tub and propelling himself along with his swing grass cutter
