Transferring Vhs Tapes To Dvd In Bkk?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm packing up a lot of old yoga tapes to bring with me to BKK, but my new apartment most likely won't have a VCR and I don't want to buy one. Is there a place in BKK where I can get my tapes transferred to DVD for a reasonable cost?

TIA

I've done it in the (Kodak?) photo shop at the top (about floor 5 or 6 near the mobile phone area) of Central Bang Na.

They do quite a good job, taking still images out of the tape to print on the CD and case cover.

What does it cost?

Would be even more helpful to me if someone's had this done in Chiang Mai - but BKK is feasible too.

Just had a VHS tape converted to DVD 250B\hour Kad San Gow 4th floor (near Cinema next to tattoo shop yellow sign 'VHS'). Good quality and ready next day. Will be returning to do more! Convert to VCD is 150B\hour. Cheers!

I think I can recall 'Look Maew' dvd shop in MBK on the third floor. I don't know how much they charge but you could always email them and ask them beforehand.
